About Me
Hello my name is Pangra Thao and I live in Los Angeles, the city of angels. In 2004, I made my way here from a small town to pursue my dream as a fashion designer; and, in 2008 I Graduated from Otis College of Art & Design. I now work as a full time designer, designing womens wear in LA.
